A mainstay of #rugby for over 25 years, Sarah has been deeply involved in the game at all levels in numerous roles from player, to coach, organizer, trainer, manager and much more. Sarah has been part of the USA Mens Eagles 7's and t5's national side as well across the #HSBC 7s Series, the 2016 Rio #Olympics, 2018 7's World Cup and the 2011 and 2015 Men's Rugby World Cups.
Sarah's playing career included a lot of high level 7’s with Atlantis Rugby some territorial teams, multiple clubs, a university team and traveling to over a few dozen countries to play. Unfortunately her playing career was cut short by a small injury that, sadly, developed into a massive career ending one.
Sarah has been treating athletes and injured clients since 2003. She specializes in Sports Therapy and Corrective Muscle Therapy.

Adriaan is originally from New Zealand, a graduate of Massey University. His coaching career is nothing short of an ongoing success story. Currently the Head Coach at Life West PRP, he also spent time coaching Northland NPC (Mitre 10). He coached Tonga 7s and Tonga's National Team as well as being the Technical Director of Tonga's RWC 7s Team. He also did a four-year stent as New Zealand U-20 Selector working with future All Blacks. He also spent time with the San Francisco PRO Rugby team in their inaugural season. Adriaan's coaching has also pathed with the USA Falcons 7s, the Cargill Gladiators Carlton 7s Series in Sri Lanka and the Northern California All Stars.

Ian, a former professional player in the English premiership as worked under some of the best coaches in the world, including Eddie Jones when they were both at Saracens. Ian's rugby journey has seen him work with Kenya Men's 7s, USA Eagles Women's 7s and XVs and Major League Rugby.

For more than 25 years, rugby has been an important part of Alley Mitchell’s life. From her first time playing coed rugby at her Canadian primary school to her current role as head coach of the Elon women’s club rugby team, Mitchell has always found a home in the sport.
“It really is a source of empowerment, and it’s a place for everybody,” Mitchell said. “It doesn’t matter how big you are, how small you are, how fit you are – there’s a place in rugby for you.”
Now, after eight years of coaching the sport she loves, Mitchell is hoping to pass on her passion for rugby to the next generation of players qnd a new opportunity will allow her to do so at an even higher level.

Lee is a graduate Canisius College where he continued his love for rugby. He also earned his Doctor of Chiropractic in 2017 at New York Chiropractic College, while working as an Athletic Trainer for programs like Colgate University, South Buffalo, and Buffalo. Lee played also played with some of those clubs, like South Buffalo and participated in select sides. After leaving New York, Lee began work as a Chiropractor and eventually as the Head Athletic Trainer for the Seattle Seawolves, and as an Athletic Trainer for Rugby Washington. Currently he is the Medical Director for the Seattle Saracens (Seattle Rugby Club). When Lee isn't immersed in the world of sports, and sports medicine he is likely outdoors, and when he isn't there, he is with the Seattle Rugby club providing community outreach and services to local charities. "I love my team and my community, I am so grateful we have the ability[platform] to help out those in need."
Garrett spent 4 years contracted with the USA 7s program based out of the Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista, CA.
He also was a part of the first USA 7s team to beat New Zealand and the first USA team to win a CUP on the HSBC 7s world series in London. He went on to qualify for the Olympic team and participated in the 2016 RIO Olympics. Garrett has transitioned and is now Head of Massage and Wellness at E3 Fit in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
He is Founder of The Hindsight Foundation, a non profit out of Minneapolis which is building programs revolved around the question

Shalom plays for the Seattle Seawolves in Major League Rugby (MLR). He previously played representative level rugby league for the New Zealand Junior Kiwis national rugby league team, and at club level for Souths Logan Magpies, He has represented us on both the mens United States Eagles 15's at the 2015 RWU and USA Sevens since 2008 and at the 2016 RIO Olympics. He has gotten to play with two of his brothers Andrew and Roland for USA Rugby, and the tree of them for to be on the same squad one year on the 15's on a November tour in France.
Shalom is currently a Client specialist at USI Insurance Services. He serves on the board at Special Olympics Washington and on USA Rugby's Athlete Advisory Council as a representitivive.

Has represtend Samoa and USA Rugby in international rugby. For USA has played both 15's and 7's and was the youngest player to player at the 2007 RWC in France. Following that, Thretton went to play for the french club Biarritz, He decided to go to school to play American football, then came back to rugby after getting his degree. He represented USA in three RWC's, in 2007, 2015 and 2019. Thretton also played for the English club Scaracens, Bristol ,London Welsh and for the Welsh club Newport Dragons.Thretton is currently playing for the MLR team Old Glory in DC, a new professional league in the United States. Its has been a great experience for Thretton growing the game in America by helping his community understand a new outlet in sport. He the youngest of 3. ( four since Sarah has adopted him as his baby brother!)

Harry grew up in Australia playing for WDRFC. In 2011 he moved to USA to play for Austin Blacks RFC in Austin, Texas. Harry went on to Arkansas State University and graduated with two degrees. After college he moved to NYC to play for THE OLD BLUE RFC of New York City. Harry was then selected to play and get caped for USA Rugby and USA Patriots. He was travelling and playing tfor them and also returned to Australia to play for the West Harbour Pirates in Shute Shield. Harry then moved home to Brisbane, where he was club captain of WDRFC. He continued to play for them before returning the states to RUGBY ATL, the new MLR team in Georgia. Tiger Rugby has been my international touring team since 2013.
I love to train and be outside with my clothes off and in my budgies. I love being with my friends and doing things that create memories. I love to give back to as many people as i can and I want to create change in the world and I hope to do that through the vessel of Rugby.
Connor currently plays for Rugby United New York (RUNY) Connor Wallace-Sims for Major League Rugby. He started all five matches on the left-wing for RUNY in 2020. He was also a key contributor for the team in 2019. He played 1130 minutes in 15 matches and scored 8 tries. He also carried 80 times for 757 meters, made 64 tackles, and kicked 33 times for 1166
He attended Coombe Dean School, leaving in June 2011, and then played rugby at Ivybridge College for the next two years. Then it was on to Canterbury Rugby Football Club, in the National 2 League.
Wallace-Sims was then selected to play for the USA U20 team in the 2014 Junior World Rugby Trophy competition. The team finished third, beating Hong Kong, Georgia, and Uruguay along the way.
Viewing the New York City 7s, Northeast Academyteam play on television in Twickenham. inspired him to move to New York after being recruited by the Old Blue Rugby Football Club.
By October 2016 he was invited to Eagles Camp and soon after debuted to the Eagles 7s in the HSBC Sevens Series in Wellington, New Zealand, and Sydney, Australia. He also gained a residency at the Olympic Training Center at Chula Vista, California.
He loves food and candy
I first started playing rugby at my high school in Virginia. I continued playing at the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs. After graduating I moved to DC and played for PAC. Moved to Los Angeles in 2011 and won the 2012 USA Division One Championship with Belmont Shore in 15s and 7s. Afterwards I was a resident at the Olympic Training Center for one year. After that stint I moved to Seattle and won the 2015 USA Division One 7s Championship. Around that time I moved to Las Vegas and took two years off from the sport. My return to the sport began with the Seattle Seawolves. We won the MLR Championship for 2018 and 2019. Our Seattle 7s program won the 2019 USA Division One Championship. Currently hopeful for the next opportunity rugby will bring.
I am a christian and a black american. I am a member of the Seattle Seawolves and Executive Director for Seattle Compassion Services. I live in Seattle with my sister, Christina, and roommate Justin.
I’ve played for many teams in the US. From Ohio Aviators to Denver Barbarians, NOLA Gold, Houston Sabercats, Tiger Rugby, USA Hawks rugby league. Various rep 7s teams across 14 yrs of playing rugby in America.
I’m a father to a 4year old boy named William. I’m a youth rugby development coordinator for the Houston Sabercats and I love to hike, play card games with the boys, skateboard and create inventions with my son. I have aspirations to become a professional rugby coach and have a keen eye for analyzing attacking rugby and coming up with new tactics in the ever evolving game of rugby. I also enjoy a chai tea from time to time.

Zack is currently playing with the New England Free Jacks, the MLR team out of Boston. Zack had the opportunity to travel to Havana, Cuba in 2011 with Atlantis Rugby under Emil Signes ( where he met Sarah ) and it ignited his desire to play high level rugby. From there he played USA Club rugby, did a bit of traveling on the behalf of rugby and have since had the opportunity to play at various levels and meet some incredible people along the way. Mat was born in South Africa and currently plays for the Seattle Seawolves in Major League Rugby (MLR).
He also played rugby sevens for England on the Sevens World Series circuit between 2008 and 2013. He usually plays as a wing or fullback.
Mat played for UCT Ikey Tigers in the inaugural Varsity Cup season before joining the England sevens tour. He also played fifteens rugby for English Premiership side Bristol between 2008 and 2010, for the Southern Kings in their match against the British and Irish Lions in 2009, and for Western Province in 2015.

Andrew was born in New York but soon moved back to Fiji where he attended Suva Grammar School. He graduated with a degree in Business administration from Hakuoh University in Japan.He has represented USA in the 7's and 15's, at the 2016 Rio Olympics and 2016 RWC in England.
After a successful spell with the USA sevens program, Durutalo signed with the Sunwolves for the 2016 Super Rugby season.
In May 2017, Durutalo signed for English Championship club Ealing Trailfinders based in London ahead of the 2017-18 season, scoring five tries in his first six appearances attracted attention from the English Premiership.He moved up to the English Premiership, on 16 October 2017, signing with Worcester Warriors

Miles played for the United States sevens team on the World Series circuit and at club level he played with the New York Athletic Club RFC and with the Seattle Saracens.In college, Craigwell played safety (and some wide receiver) with the Brown University football team. He received All-Ivy League Football Honorable Mention for the 2008 season.Craigwell graduated from Brown University in 2009 with a B.A. in Business Economics.
After college, Miles went on to the NFL, where he was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Miami Dolphins as a safety.

Oscar is a Fijian rugby union player who currently plays with the Houston SaberCats of Major League Rugby. He captained the Fiji Sevens side to their first olympic gold medal in the 2016 Rio Olympics.
Osea was born in Suva, Fiji. He attended Ratu Sukuna Memorial School, where he started playing rugby. He went on to play club rugby for Covenant Brother Rugby Club and in the 2012 Coral Coast Sevens tournament, for the Serevi Selects.Kolinisau debuted for Fiji in the 2008 Dubai Sevens tournament. After a stint playing 15 a side rugby during the 201/11 season for french club Agen in the French Top 14, he captained the first Fiji side to win the Dubai 7s for the 2013–14 Sevens World Series since the Sevens Series began. Winner of HSBC World Series Rugby Sevens 2014–2015 and 2015–2016.
He is best known for being the most capped player for the Fiji Sevens team and for leading Fiji to two consecutive first-place finishes in the HSBC World Rugby Sevens Series for the 2014-15 and the 2015-16 seasons. Osea is the 12th all-time HSBC Sevens Series point scorer with 1272 points. He played in 301 matches and scored 122 tries. At the 2016 Rio Olympics, he was the flag bearer for team Fiji. He declared "Rugby is Fiji’s number one international sport, I was proud to be able to represent, not only myself and my team, but my family and my country as well. This was a huge achievement."
He was captain for the Fiji sevens team and led them to the Gold medal and Fiji's first ever medal at an Olympic Games. Fiji won by beating Team Great Britain in the final by 43–7 with Oscar scoring the first try.
